The website and waitlist
Website information reviewed on 2026-09-30. The game information below is separate from how this website works.
The daedalus7 waitlist asks for your email to send the Fiesta7 launch notice you choose to receive. The form also records your language, consent choice and the version of the consent wording. You do not need a game account to join.
Netlify hosts and processes the form. The provider may process technical request data to operate and protect the service. See Netlify's privacy information.
To withdraw consent, leave the waitlist or request access, correction or deletion, email hola@daedalus7.com. Include the email you signed up with; do not initially send passwords or identity documents. This submits a request, not an automatic deletion.
Browser storage and external services
When you choose a language, this website saves only that preference in your browser's local storage under f7lang. You can remove it through your browser's site-data settings. This website's code does not include analytics or advertising tools.
Baloo 2 and Nunito Sans fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Loading them connects your browser to Google, which receives technical connection data. See Google's privacy policy. The Instagram link opens an external website; there is no embedded Instagram widget.

2. Scope
The following sections describe the Fiesta7 game for Android and iOS and related services. For this website and its waitlist, see the dedicated section above.
3. Minimum age
Fiesta7 is intended for users aged 14 and over. If you are under 14, please do not use the game. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete the account.
4. Data we process
4.1 Your account
- The first time you open the game, a guest account with an internal ID is created automatically. We don't ask for an email or password.
- If you choose to save your game with Apple (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android), we store that account's ID so you can recover your progress on this or another device. We don't ask for your email. When you save with Apple, Apple may offer to share your name; the game doesn't store it.
- Your player name, avatar and look, which other players can see.
4.2 Your game
- Progress, missions, rewards and minigame results.
- Inventory: furniture, clothes, collections, coins and gems.
- Your room and how you decorate it.
- Game settings (language, sound, privacy).
4.3 Social features
- Friends, friend requests, invitations and blocked players.
- The current version does not support trading items or sending coins or gems between players.
- Chat: messages are sent in real time to the players in the room and go through an offensive-word filter. We do not keep a general chat history, but messages included in reports are retained for moderation.
- Room likes: we store which player liked which room and on which day (one per room per day). Other players can see how many likes each room has, but not who gave them.
- Featured rooms: the most liked rooms of the week are shown with their name and likes in the room list. Private or password-protected rooms are not shown.
- Ranking: your season points, with your name and avatar, appear in your friends' ranking and, if you are in the top 100, in the global ranking.
- Player searches are processed to display results; we do not keep a search history.
- Reports: if you report someone or someone reports you, we keep the report, the reason and anything attached, so we can review it.
4.4 Purchases
- What you buy with real money, when, and the purchase receipt from Google Play or the App Store, to check the payment is valid and deliver your gems only once.
- Payments are handled by Google or Apple: we never see or store your card details.
- Collection packs give random items. The odds for each rarity are shown in the game, under "Odds".
4.5 Technical data
- Device model, operating system, language, game version and connection data. Unity Ads may infer approximate location from the IP address; we do not request precise location.
- Crash and performance reports, linked to your player ID so we can fix them.
- Device identifiers and, if you allow it, the advertising ID (see section 5).
4.6 Notifications
- Reminders (streak in danger, daily gift, collections ending): if you allow notifications, the game schedules them on your own device. No data is sent for them.
- Friend and room alerts (when someone likes or visits your room, sends you a friend request or invites you to their room): if you allow notifications, we store your device's notification ID (Firebase Cloud Messaging token), the game language, your time-zone offset (so we never notify you at night), the game version, when you last opened the game (so we don't notify you about things you've already seen) and whether you want these alerts.
- To prepare each alert we keep, for 24 hours at most, the player ID and name of whoever liked or visited your room, sent you a request or invited you.
- We never notify you from 22:00 to 9:00 in your time zone and send at most 2 a day. You can turn them off in Settings > Notifications ("Friends and your room") or in your phone's settings.
5. Providers we use
- Google Firebase (Google Ireland / Google LLC): guest account (Authentication), game database and server (Firestore, Realtime Database, Cloud Functions), notifications (Cloud Messaging), crash reports (Crashlytics) and, only with your consent, usage statistics (Analytics). Google privacy.
- Sign in with Apple (Apple Distribution International) and Google Play Games: only if you save your game with one of those accounts.
- Photon (Exit Games GmbH): real-time multiplayer, rooms and chat. It receives your player ID and name and the messages you send. Photon privacy.
- Meta (Facebook SDK, Meta Platforms Ireland): only if you accept "Advertising". It receives game events (for example, install, finishing the tutorial or a purchase) and the advertising ID to measure our Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Meta privacy.
- Unity Ads (Unity Technologies): rewarded videos you choose to watch. Its SDK collects and shares identifiers, approximate location, purchase history, ad interactions and diagnostics to provide the service, show and measure ads and prevent fraud. If you do not accept "Advertising", ads are not personalised; this does not mean the SDK stops processing all technical data. Unity privacy.
- Google Play and Apple App Store: game download and payments. On iPhone, notifications are delivered through the Apple Push Notification service (APNs).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis
- Providing the game (account, progress, room, social features, chat and purchases): necessary for the service you ask for when you play.
- Safety and moderation (chat filter, reports, blocking, preventing cheating and purchase fraud) and fixing bugs: our legitimate interest in a safe game that works.
- Usage statistics, campaign measurement (Meta) and personalised ads (Unity Ads): only with your consent. You can change it anytime in Settings > Privacy > Manage my privacy.
- Sending you notifications: with your consent, given through your phone's notification permission, which you can withdraw at any time (in your phone's settings or in Settings > Notifications).
- Keeping purchase records: legal obligation (tax and commercial law).
- Answering your support requests.
We don't sell your data or use it for automated decisions with legal effects on you.
7. How long we keep it
- Your account and game data, for as long as the account exists. If you delete it, it is erased (see section 8).
- Records of real-money purchases, for the periods required by law, even if you delete the account.
- Reports and sanctions, for as long as needed to keep the game safe.
- The notification ID, until it stops being valid or you delete the account. Pending alerts, for 24 hours at most.
- Data processed by Firebase Analytics, Meta and Unity, according to each provider's retention periods.
8. How to delete your account
- In the game: Settings > Account > Delete my account. It is deleted straight away.
- If you no longer have the game: fill in the form at fiesta7.world/en/delete-account or email hola@daedalus7.com. We'll ask you to confirm the account is yours and delete it within 30 days at most.
Your account, name, progress, inventory, room, friends, trades and notification ID are deleted. Only purchase records and reports are kept, as explained in section 7. Items bought in the account can't be recovered.
Delete data without closing your account
You can request deletion of specific data without deleting your account by emailing hola@daedalus7.com. Include your player name and the data you want deleted; do not send passwords. We will verify that the account is yours and explain which data can be deleted and which must be retained for the reasons in section 7. This request does not automatically delete your account.
9. Your rights
You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hola@daedalus7.com. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
10. Security
Connections to Firebase for account and game data use encryption in transit. We apply access controls and measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. This description does not certify encryption of all multiplayer communications in earlier versions.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll publish the current version here with its date and, if the change is important, let you know in the game.
